Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policies
Changing or cancelling your order:
Once your order has been placed with Skinny Boo, we unfortunately can't amend your order, if you'd like to add products to your order please place a new order for these items.
If you need to change details of your delivery address, cancel your order and place a new order or contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you, please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered then you'll need to follow our returns procedure.
Cancelling your order:
If you buy online or by phone, under the distance selling regulations (EU only) your consumer rights entitle you to cancel your order and obtain a full refund if you request one within 7 working days of receipt of your order.
Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If you order didn't arrive or arrives incomplete or if your order was dispatched but didn't arrive within the expected time please contact us.
Refunds & Returns:
If you wish to return any Skinny Boo item which is unopened & in the original packaging within 30 days we will issue a full refund back to the card it was purchased on or we can offer an exchange.
If we have made an error with your order, or you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date you receive the item, unopened. As soon as we receive the item we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item back onto the card or PayPal account you paid with. The refundable amount will include a deduction for any discounts you received on your original order.
Please note we can only accept the return of opened items only if they are faulty.
If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or due to being defective we will happily refund the postage charges incurred in sending the item(s) to you and your standard delivery charges incurred in returning to us.
Under no circumstances can we refund any priority, express or courier delivery charges, you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

How to return an item:
Here at Skinny Boo we have a ‘no quibble’ guarantee return policy which means if you wish to return your items(s) you can return it to us within 30 days from the date you receive the item(s)
- Contact our friendly and helpful customer service team either via e-mail. We will issue you with the return address and a personal return authorization number (RAN) All RANs will have 30 days before they expire.
