Exercise – in order to burn calories faster and build a healthy body you’ll need to incorporate exercise into your life. Take it slow at first and gradually increase our time and intensity once you feel comfortable to do so.
Take it slow – trying to tackle too many goals at once is a recipe for disaster. Instead set yourself 1-2 goals at a time once you have achieved one goal and are happy with your progress add another goal, you will feel less pressured and will reach and stick to your overall goals a lot quicker.
